Managing Director

We have an expansion opening for a Managing Director to service Eastern Canada.   The ideal candidate will have senior sales experience with either a complex intangible offering or a complex big ticket solution.  In addition you will need experience calling on the Fortune 1000 in the Canadian market preferably at the Director to C-level.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new clients in your territory by acting in a consultative capacity to provide a broad spectrum of ClearEdge service offerings
  • Present ClearEdge Value Proposition to the Fortune 1000 to senior management in IT and Procurement
  • Provide support on customer spending engagements within a specific category of IT expertise
  • Work closely with the Analytics group to augment their analytical models to support deal engagement with clients
  • Interface with internal and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans and business models
  • Provide leadership and guidance to client delivery group and inside sales force.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a sales executive with a top IT supplier
  • Some sales management experience preferred
  • Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships with medium and large companies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration or related field preferred
  • Proven success record in building client relationships offering strategic insight into their business

Senior Analyst

As a key member of the Analytics team, the Senior Analyst will analyze and interpret data to understand market trends within an assigned IT category.  This position requires the ability to think analytically about complex processes, develop actionable strategies and communicate recommendations to internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates and manages the development of an IT category team to assure accuracy and integrity of analysis and deliverables
  • Expands the category and our capability to bring value to clients by recognizing market trends and connecting why it matters to them
  • Guides client, deal and market data gathering, processing and documentation for effective analysis and discussion
  • Conducts inspections with cross-functional teams or client executives; build consensus, structure findings and report
  • Interfaces with internal and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans and business models

Requirements:

The Account Executive at ClearEdge Partners is accountable for cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure they are engaged and getting the most value from our services.   This is an account management role focused on customer service, client engagement and client retention.  You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a group of highly successful sales managers from the leading IT suppliers and Fortune 500 companies.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio of existing clients to ensure they receive maximum value from ClearEdge solutions
  • Create and execute sales and business development initiatives to increase sales in assigned territory and account base
  • Research, identify and target senior decision-makers in mid- to large-level organizations
  • Establish contact and conduct high-level conversations with senior level executives
  • Interface with internal and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans and business models
  • Manage and maintain accurate contact, opportunity and account information within SalesForce

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Previous technology related sales or business development experience
  • Excellent communication, sales and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably SalesForce
